A: We make buying a property simple! Two items are required to “lock a property up” and prevent further offers: A signed contract and deposit: A signed contract formalizes your intent to purchase the property. Simultaneously, providing a deposit (typically $5000) demonstrates your commitment. This combination ensures that the property is secured.
